How to Make an Orange Mask

Use orange peels for a face mask rather than discarding them.

While eating oranges is known to be beneficial because of the fruit's high level of vitamin C and its antioxidants, you can also get similar benefits by applying oranges to your skin. Orange peel makes an excellent face mask, which leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and supple. Make an orange mask to rejuvenate your skin using oranges and milk.

Place between a 1/2 pound and 1 pound of orange peels in a sunny place to dry. Allow them to dry completely, a process that can take 24 hours or more.

Grind the orange peels into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle. You may also use a blender to do this.

Place the orange peel powder in a bowl.

Add milk until the powder has a toothpaste-like consistency.

Apply the orange paste to your face, spreading it on thickly.

Allow the paste to sit for 30 minutes.

Rinse the paste off with water.
